About
Now Accepting New Clients: Is this your first time seeking therapy or are you looking for a new counselor? I’m glad you are taking this step. If you're feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, or struggling with grief, relationship issues or the effects of trauma, you will be provided with a safe place to share your feelings and experiences, and to be heard, supported, and not judged and receive compassion and understanding. By talking about what troubles you, this can increase your sense of hope and assist you in reaching your maximum potential. The goal is to help you to be in the place you feel most fulfilled, secure, and happy.
We will work together to improve challenges you are facing that impact your emotional well-being. This will be accomplished by assisting you in realizing what powerful resources you have within you to achieve goals, to solve problems, and to heal. It's exciting to see clients recognize themselves as strong, capable, resilient, skilled people that they are.
If you are experiencing stress, sadness, or you are overwhelmed and unsure what to do, I am here to help. As your counselor, I can assist, guide, and support you in learning new skills, unlearning negative thinking patterns that are keeping you stuck, learning to accept and love yourself, and empower you to live a more balanced and peaceful life.
