I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Private Practice providing outpatient therapy for pre-teens, teens, and adults. 15 years ago a lifelong dream of becoming a therapist was realized and prior to my role as a therapist, I put my passion to work in developing community programs that continue to support victims of crime, homelessness, and grieving families and their children. As a therapist, I have experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns.
I have specialized training in Women's Trauma, Mindfulness therapy, DBT, CBT, Children, Family and adult Bereavement, Somatic experiencing, Polyvagel Informed Trauma Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, and support for Motherless Daughters.
