Our sessions will be interactive conversations in which you will feel heard and well-supported. Treatment plans are customized as there's no "one size fits all" programmed approach to therapy.
I teach adults how to navigate anxiety and have better balance during life transitions. I'll partner with you to explore and review issues that get in your way. I'll listen well to identify and help you reverse your negative self-talk. You'll learn fresh skills and strategies to turn an anxious point of view into healthy action.
As noted above, I am warm, kind, and grounded. I communicate directly without using "preachy" or cold "therapy language. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and will work hard with you to establish both rapport and trust.
