In my practice I see your bravery, your struggle, your successes and your mistakes and I honor all of it because these are the ingredients of your humanity.
I will come alongside you in this part of your journey through humanity and help explore how you might better show up for yourself and for the important relationships in your life. My therapeutic approach draws on narrative therapy, mindfulness, Gottman method, and systemic theory and is tailored to each client. I am LGBTQ+ and trans affirming.
I enjoy working with individuals on issues such as depression, anxiety, family/relationship struggles, career concerns, adjustment to parenting, issues of spirituality, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about couples work as well as work with maternal mental health, infertility, and post-partum care.
