Available for both telehealth and in-person sessions! My practice interests are in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, bi-polar disorders, workplace bullying, and relationship problems. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Trained Psychotherapist. EMDR is a treatment technique that facilitates the reprocessing of traumatic memories. Scientific research has established EMDR as effective for the treatment of post-traumatic stress, phobias, panic attacks, anxiety disorders, stress, sexual and physical abuse, disturbing memories, complicated grief, and addictions.
I have experience in helping clients who are trying to end relationships with people who they would identify as a narcissist, sociopath or psychopath.
I have eternal hope people can change. As your therapist, I want to give you a secure space for sharing and processing deeply personal experiences. I will be very patient as you work to resolve painful past issues to create a more manageable life. I respect differences of opinions, values, and attitudes of various cultures and religions.
