Hi, my name is Pamela Valdez! I am a bilingual (Spanish/English), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 9 years of experience. My approach in practice is from a Christian and strengths-based perspective as I believe that through life's greatest trials we are launched into self discovery and purpose! If you are pregnant and having a difficult time adjusting to your pregnancy I would love to navigate that with you. If the novelty of motherhood has overwhelmed you and you are seeking to develop and nurture a healthy bond with your baby, I am here to support you.
In my practice I also look forward to working with teenagers and adults who are facing life transitions, issues with low self-esteem, body image, trauma, grief, anxiety, and/or depressive disorders.
