I work with adults ages 21 to 100 who are seeking to enhance the quality of their lives through therapy and meaningful self-examination. In our work together, we make space for both challenging conversations and moments of genuine laughter.
I practice from a Strengths-Based and Client-Centered perspective. I will meet you exactly where you are and support you as the navigator of your own journey. I incorporate Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help you feel grounded, capable, and empowered.
I bring both life experience and formal training to my work, shaped by years of navigating loss, discovering hope and joy, and learning to cope with disappointment, anxiety, and grief. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your own story at your own pace.
