I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Anger Management Specialist and a Clinical Hypnotherapist, who has been in the field for 19 years. My experience has provided me with the ability to help those who struggle with addictions, anxiety, anger management, depression, mental health issues, parenting, substance abuse, low self-esteem, stress as well as other issues that impact on the quality of life.
As a Certified Anger Management Specialist II (CAMS II), my practice is designed to teach strengths based skills to help you manage your anger and gain control over your life. My experience as a Clinical Hypnotherapist has provided me with the opportunity to teach relaxation techniques to assist people who are in need of anxiety and stress reduction.
By using a eclectic approach, I am able to help you understand yourself, which will allow you to choose your path to a healthier you. I am now with HEADWAY. I am licensed in the state of Connecticut and registered as an out of state provider in Florida, telehealth only.
