I offer Spiritual Guidance as well. I've been known to say that therapy is not for the weak of heart. It takes strength and a complete willingness of body, mind and soul to enter into treatment and I fully commend you for taking that first step! I am licensed in NY, NJ and CT and FL. Virtually or in person I offer Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and 27 Hour Healing Intensives. Even if you don't consider yourself having trauma; anything that compromises your nervous system can be considered a traumatic event and my job is to help you obtain your own healing method by giving you tools to use ongoing for the rest of your life. We DO HEAL.
