Hello, my name is Pamela, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I hold a Master’s Degree from the University at Buffalo and have over 19 years of experience in the field of mental health. Throughout my career, I have specialized in helping individuals navigate trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, self-esteem challenges, life transition struggles, and grief.
