Like a seed, we are all born whole. But for most of us, trauma, early wounding and cultural forces keep us reliant on protective strategies that trap us in painful old patterns and dynamics. Through deep listening to longing, to grief, to the body, to dreams, we are invited to step towards a more whole, wild self that is capable of responding bravely to life. By listening and honoring our suffering, our pain can become a guide back home. In sessions we will discover how your body and nervous system speak to you, release limiting fear based patterns, and deepen your mind-body-earth connection through deep attunement and curiosity.

My work weaves Somatics, Depth Psychology (Dreamwork, Shadow/Inner Child work), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS/Wild Mind), ritual and nature-based therapy to support holistic growth. In sessions, we spend time attuning to the body (nervous system), slowing down and awakening our imagination to guide us towards unconscious parts of our experience.
