When your mind and body are disconnected, you can feel stuck in the same frustrating patterns and thoughts. No matter how much you want to change them, something keeps pulling you back. Anxiety, auto-pilot, people pleasing, and over-functioning can run the show, keeping you from living fully in the present and making the choices aligned with your deepest values. You long to feel at home in yourself, but self-compassion feels out of reach. Instead of feeling embodied and whole, you often feel like your own worst enemy. You want to break free from these cycles and finally feel like you are living fully as yourself.
You're not alone. I specialize in mind-body-self disruption, which often relates to trauma, eating disorders, relationship issues, & perinatal mental health. Using IFS, polyvagal theory, DBT, somatic therapy, KAP/psychedelic therapy, & other research-backed tools, I tailor treatment to help you be present, master your nervous system, and return to yourself.
You are not broken, and you are not out of options. Real healing happens when the whole system - mind, body, and spirit - is addressed, not just one piece. If you're ready to challenge old patterns and feel at home in yourself, I invite you to reach out. I'd be honored to discuss what your path back to yourself could look like.

When your body doesn't feel like your own and you don't trust yourself anymore, talk therapy alone often isn't enough. Treatment that integrates deep insight work, somatic practices, empirically supported skills, and a mind-body-spirit conceptualization is the best way to come home to yourself.
