Trauma Suport Group
Life can be tough when dealing with anxiety from a traumatic event. The focus here will be mainly on healing and working on relaxation techniques, mindfulness. I am a Christian Counselor so we will start off with a simple prayer and read from a daily inspirational book. We ask that you spend a couple minutes introducing yourself and give us a brief description of what brought you to the group. We do recommend that you RSVP one week before each group session. Thanks!
