I am currently serving adolescents and adults with depression and anxiety. I am knowledgeable about sensory issues, executive functioning, anxiety, and depression specific to the neurodivergent experience, and have an understanding of a variety of neurotypes; attention deficit disorder, autism, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and dyslexia. My clients want to feel understood and validated and tend to gain confidence in identifying their needs and advocating for themselves through therapy. I hope for clients to feel that they have real solutions to work towards and to know that I am ready to help them navigate challenges.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with eight years of experience. I have an eclectic approach using processes that fit the client's needs. I work primarily with neurodivergent individuals and their families. I have a unique understanding of the mental health needs of the neurodiverse community.
I have a warm demeanor and create trusting relationships in an open, judgment-free, inclusive environment. Your input is vital, so I engage with curiosity and transparency. If you have insurance please use connect to my profile on Headway to set up an appointment. If you would like to pay without insurance please contact me through my email address.
