I have had the privilege and the pleasure of working with families,couples and individuals of all ages for more than 25 years, initially as a Registered Nurse and currently as a Marriage and Family Therapist. In my practice I strive to instill hope in all of the individuals I work with, that healing and change can occur. This is done by creating a safe, non-judgmental, warm and supportive environment. I want to offer you the therapy that you deserve, as we work together to help you reach your goals.
Meeting an individual where they are and helping them get to where they want to be, is I believe my primary role . I am grateful for the opportunity to join individuals, couples and families on this part of their journey, as I know that the decision to seek treatment takes a great deal of courage.
During my more than 10 years as a Marriage and Family Therapist I have worked in outpatient, in-home, and other community settings, focused on several areas, including addictions, trauma, domestic violence, and grief and loss. As a Registered Nurse, I have also worked in the areas of school nursing, geriatrics and group work .
