I offer 35 years of experience working with individuals seeking to resolve old trauma, depression and anxiety. I work from a framework of relational attachment, believing that much of how we limit ourselves stems from early life and how we made sense of our world. You may feel yourself holding yourself back from the life you hoped for. You may see repeated patterns in your relationships and wonder how you "did it again". You may struggle with low self-esteem, low energy, or hopelessness that things will ever change. I help people to create a life which aligns with their true desires.
I learned the efficacy of deep, relational therapy early in my career. Many difficulties with ourselves end up being relational at their core. We use in-the-moment feelings, beliefs, thoughts and body sensations as an ally to understand and clear stuck places. I also love dreamwork as a way to connect with the stories and wisdom of the unconscious.
