My ideal clients are the ones that are navigating life through trauma, grief and hard transitions. I specialize in trauma, and I am EMDR and Brainspotting trained, which are great modalities for healing trauma. I have personal and professional experience with the LGBTQi community and people with ADHD and autism. My goal is to empower others as they heal.
In addition, I work with clients that are struggling with depression, anxiety, body dysphoria, and suicidal ideation.
My work is client-centered, and I lead with empathy and compassion. You are the expert of your life; I am here to make suggestions and work together to create a treatment plan. I utilize an eclectic approach. I work with people of all ages and stages.
Clients tell me "You are easy to talk to and feel you care" that is my goal for every client.
I am passionate about assisting others in finding peace in their lives. Let's find a time to talk and see if I could be a good support for you. If not, I am happy to refer you to someone who might be a better fit.
