About
Call for an appointment if you struggle with ADHD, anxiety, chronic illness, surgery preparation, prenatal or postpartum depression, relationship challenges, stress management, life skills, life transitions, insomnia, or want to create a healthier lifestyle. I blend Eastern philosophy with Western psychology in my holistic practice. If you have tried traditional therapy and have not found relief, I'd love the opportunity to help you become the best version of yourself.
My specialty is Transpersonal Psychology, a treatment model focusing on mind, body, and spirit. My techniques include Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, EMDR, meditation, qigong, art, music, Internal Family Systems therapy, ACT, and HRV biofeedback.
My unique transpersonal approach includes a combination of mindfulness techniques that help you deal with the spiritual as well as the corporeal and practical aspects of your life. If you have tried counseling in the past but are still struggling, perhaps holistic, transpersonal therapy is your answer.
