Hello, It takes courage to speak with a therapist, so I commend you for taking this first step to look for help. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, genuine and warm space for you to seek and get the help that you need in therapy. I am trained in cognitive and behavioral therapy, but I take an eclectic approach to helping my patients. What this means is that I believe there is not a "one size fits all" way to provide therapy. A skilled therapist should adapt the therapy they provide to each client's individual needs.
I'm a licensed psychologist in Texas and Wisconsin. I've been a Psychologist for close to 30 years, working with issues ranging from trauma and abuse, relationship and intimacy issues, self esteem and identity development, addictions, parenting, anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, sexual identity and orientation concerns.
My desire is to help you resolve past and present sources of distress, and acquire new skills and behaviors to build strength, satisfaction, healthy boundaries and resiliency.
