My approach pulls Trauma Informed interventions from various models of therapy to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy. I am also a trained Brainspotting Practitioner. I provide Virtual Individual Therapy.
