I bring life experience along with education and 5 years treating those with severe and persistent mental illness. I would like to help you open your heart to healing and begin to experience some peace and happiness in your life.

I offer trauma-informed care to those who are interested in seeing why and how adult behaviors are formed, whether for positive or negative purposes. I also understand how addiction plays a part in one's coping mechanisms to deal with trauma.

Please allow me to guide you through difficult emotions and situations by tapping into your potential for controlling your own life. Treatment consists of mindfulness and relaxation exercises to provide emotional regulation and allow ourselves to identify solutions to things we have the power to control.
