I have been working with clients from all walks of life for 20 years in a variety of professional situations. From trauma and abuse to assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses. While I believe that people have an inherent ability to heal themselves, getting stuck can also be part of the journey.
I am trained in the use of EMDR. The Enneagram is another tool that I have used to help clients learn more about themselves and their unique perception of the world.
