Our journey together will be client centered, empowering, strength based, and trauma informed. It may involve somatic based work, art, storytelling and other modalities which will give us an opportunity to safely delve into exploring your internal world.
I believe that folks come seeking support not only because they are faced with challenges but also to seek connection to self. My specialty is working with young children, adolescents, women and families. I also provide trainings on various topics such as Trauma in Early Childhood.
