As a therapist, I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing life transitions (young adulthood, changes in relationship status) and utilize an integrated approach valuing the unification of body, mind and spirit. I enjoy working from a foundation of connection, with a focus on the healing properties of the therapeutic relationship. I am trained in Brainspotting and also use relaxation / visualization exercises to assist my clients in experiencing grounding during our sessions. My goal is to partner with my clients to assist them in working toward creating a meaningful life.
