Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Family Systems guide my work. This means I work with my therapists to focus on what is working and future goals. I have specialized training in play therapy and child therapy, solution focused brief therapy, EMDR, and family violence. I provide additional training for therapists working with me to maximize their skills.
