Hi, I'm Pam Haga, and I'm so glad you're here.
Life can feel heavy. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, grieving, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you've spent years putting others first or carrying shame that was never yours to hold.
For over 30 years, I've helped individuals, couples, and families understand these patterns, heal old wounds, and build healthier ways of relating. I offer a safe, affirming space for all, including LGBTQIA+ clients.
I've walked this road too, and I'd be honored to walk beside you.
I specialize in EMDR trauma therapy, Relational Life Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), & Inner Child Healing & Reparenting. My approach helps clients heal old wounds, break unhealthy patterns, & build healthier relationships. I also authored Healing Your Inner Child, a guide designed to help clients continue growing beyond the therapy room.
