About

I work primarily with women who are struggling with stress and feeling overwhelmed, feel that something is missing in their lives, and want to improve their lives and find true and lasting happiness. I also work with women who are dealing with health issues, especially those who have or have had cancer, or who are struggling with grief or loss issues. I often work with women who are depressed, anxious, nervous, and feel unsure of themselves. I help women to feel much more confident and learn to trust their own judgment.
I specialize in helping women feel more in control of thier lives, develop solid decision-making skills, set clear priorities, and learn to take care of themselves the way they take care of everyone else. I can help women make real change that really makes a difference.
I specialize in working with women with cancer of all types and all stages. I can help you or a family member cope with the challenges of a cancer diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and even chronic cancer conditions such as metastatic cancer. Studies show that psychological care improves the management of cancer.
