Identifying and understanding patterns of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and communication is essential to making change that can lead to a reduction in anxiety & depression, improve communication, and boost interest and enjoyment in activities.
I have over 20 years experience in helping people with a wide range of symptoms from mild anxiety and depression to Bipolar disorder. My areas of interest are working with individuals who suffer from depression and/or anxiety and with families or couples on improving communication and resolving conflicts.
What makes my practice unique is that I offer a Christian perspective in a quiet private practice setting.
