I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, adolescents, children and families. My experience has taught me that people seek counseling for a wide variety of reasons. Finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with and you can trust is oftentimes a process. My approach is relational and experiential. I believe that people who seek counseling have power to change, heal, or transform both inwardly and relationally. I enjoy working collaboratively with people to meet their goals and help create change and healing. I am committed to working alongside you to discover a positive difference in your life.
Areas I have particular experience are: Grief and loss, parenting, blended families, self-harm, self esteem, spirituality, LGBTQ, divorce/divorce coaching, depression, anxiety, life coaching, couples counseling. I offer a sliding scale and free first phone call consultation.
