Welcome! I offer a variety of modalities that help to regulate the nervous system and increase compassion towards self and others. I can assist clients who are experiencing symptoms of PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PMS/PMDD, chronic illness, and chronic pain. As you engage in this meaningful work, you will gain insight into the patterns, emotions, and behaviors that guide you through life. You can then create shifts that allow you to experience emotions within your window of tolerance.
As a therapist informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Lifespan Integration (LI), I guide clients through the process of understanding and embracing all parts of themselves. It is my hope that my clients can begin to view “stuck” moments as opportunities for exploration and growth.
