My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and helping clients find calm in the midst of life’s challenges. I also support blended families as they navigate transitions, strengthen communication, and build healthy, supportive relationships.

My counseling draws from CBT, DBT, and SFBT, with an emphasis on mindfulness and positive psychology.
