About
Adulting is hard. Being a young adult in our current times can be extremely challenging. My young adult clients find themselves feeling stuck, pressured to be independent but lacking the skills to succeed. Struggling to find a purpose, overwhelmed with society's expectations, isolated and in constant search for wellbeing. Are you a young adult struggling with life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression? Are you trying to create a more balanced life where your needs and self care are your priority? Have you tried to make things better and it's simply not working? I recognize your journey and I can help.
I specialize in working with young people and their families. My clients describe my style as kind, easy to talk to, warm, understanding, tactful and joyful. Our sessions incorporate laughter, while staying honest and real. I’m willing to work as hard as you and/or your family do, to find the right tools and the solutions you are searching for.
My background has given me the opportunity to work with teens, young adults and families for more than ten years. From Barcelona Spain, to California and now back in Arizona. As a bilingual and bi-cultural therapist I am grateful to hold a license in California and Arizona and serve both communities through tele health.
