This weekly group is by invitation only and serves as a powerful adjunct to individual psychotherapy. Psychodrama is a dynamic tool that helps participants work through issues by creating resources for the here and now. The group serves as a laboratory for your life as you gain insight, awareness and support. Group meets 48 weeks each year online.

Why Weight?
Utilizing the "Appetite Awareness Training" technique this group focuses on gaining appreciation for all that our bodies do for us right now while learning to tune into real hunger and fullness. Using the support of the group we look at underlying psychological and emotional causes of maladaptive eating. Experiential methods are used in this group.
