DBT Skills Group for Professionals
DBT Skills groups are for clients who would like to cope more effectively with intense emotions, addictive behaviors, and/or relationship struggles. DBT Skills are taught to reduce self-destructive behaviors and learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions. These skills include: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance. This group will be held Thursday evenings from 5:00-7:30 and conducted over zoom.

DBT Skills Group for Those with Addictions
This group is part of an adherent DBT Program for people who have alcohol/substance use concerns or other addictions who are in recovery or are committed to remaining abstinent during the course of therapy. DBT Skills groups are for clients who would like to cope more effectively with intense emotions, addictive behaviors, and/or relationship struggles. DBT Skills are taught to reduce self-destructive behaviors and learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions. These skills include: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance. This group is held Tuesday evenings from 5:00-7:30 and conducted over zoom.
