Hi, I’m Pamela. I have worked in this field in varied settings for the last 14 years. I have extensive clinical experience with issues relating to trauma and complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, relational struggles, and parenting. I primarily use EMDR therapy, but also integrate IFS, CBT, and Mindfulness interventions.
