Many also manage the effects of childhood emotional neglect, family dysfunction, or developmental trauma (CPTSD). Often, they are seeking relief from relational strain, persistent self-doubt, or unhelpful patterns that no longer serve them. Their goals may vary—ranging from mental stability to optimal flourishing and everything in between—but all share a desire for lasting change and a better experience of life.

Grounded in a deep understanding of the internal fractures that can result from early-life difficulties, I help clients explore and rebuild the parts of themselves shaped by hurt. Drawing on decades of experience as an academic, creative mentor, and artistic collaborator, I support the development of healing insights and transformation.
