I am a licensed psychotherapist and certified addictions counselor who sees clients both in the office and over telehealth. If you need help healing or managing your anxiety, trauma, emotional wounding, relationship struggles, or substance abuse I can help heal you.

My tools are EMDR, CBT, DBT, EFct and EFT as well as processing your narrative and problem solving. Additionally I have training in neuropsychology meaning I will teach you how your brain works regarding anxiety and trauma and demonstrate how my solutions help heal you.

My holistic trainings and east-west practice supports you where you are and how you choose to move forward. I have been in private practice for 17 years and grew up in a family that suffered from stress induced anxiety so I have a lifetime of experience.
