As a licensed therapist since 1995, I bring nearly three decades of diverse counseling experience to my practice. My professional journey includes:
• 14 years in private practice
• 17 years in emergency mental health services
• 7 years in college counseling
• 4 years at a women’s resource center
• 5 years with a family service agency
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, breath work, and anxiety reduction techniques.
