If you have suffered trauma, this means finding some understanding of the trauma and resolving lingering effects. Parents get help in parent management techniques and learn behavior management. For those with addictions, this means working to understand the cause of the addiction. For the elderly, this means completing a life review and understanding the current situation.
My experience in the public mental health system and my Christian perspective allows me to offer you a wealth of knowledge and insight into your issues. Together we will find a path that is comfortable and productive for you.
I have also trained and supervised clinicians from several disciplines and currently offer supervision to LLMSW's and IMH specialists. For several years I have been registered through Give an Hour and offer free consultation to Veterans and their families to help them find the supports they need.

Understanding the source of anger and learning to control the anger until you can release it. Learn how to gain self-control. Sessions are individually provided.
