I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and depression, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent Management Training (PMT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve measurable improvements in satisfaction and symptom reduction. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a profound commitment to my clients’ well-being.
