As a Black wife, mother, and mental health counselor, my goal is to help clients lead balanced lives focused on holistic wellness. I specialize in individual therapy for anxiety, depression, and career preparation, addressing personal, emotional, and relationship issues to help clients achieve their goals. I bring my authentic self to each session, recognizing the significance of diversity and inclusion. My primary approach to counseling integrates person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
