Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of energy psychology. It utilizes tapping procedures at different energy meridian points along with verbal and mental imaging to resolve energy disruptions in the body that produce negative emotions and resulting physical ailments. It is generally quite gentle and effective on a variety of issues, both emotional and physical.
