I see my role as a person who accompanies persons along life's journey in a non-judgmental, supportive manner. My main focus is helping clients come into an authentic relationship with themselves, others and the world around them. Existential Therapy ( University of Vienna) and Narrative Therapy along with DBT skills are provided for clients to take the time to stop, understand themselves, find their authentic self and gain the courage and momentum to move forward in life as they choose, on their path, in the manner they wish. I look for the deeper issues that are affecting our lives.
I can offer decades of insight, guidance and profound reflection. I have studied the human condition for decades, reading the finest minds. I can help my client understand what is happening, what has happened and come to a place of acceptance. From there, we find meaning and establish an authentic life that the client finds meaningful and can live in peace.
I am a childhood trauma survivor. I have had over 10,000 students and five years in private practice. I also worked in domestic violence shelters for 11 years. Now, I offer a non-judgmental, safe space for my clients to be with their thoughts, their feelings. I have seen and been through a lot. I can connect with you with unconditional positive regard.
