Hello! I work with children (ages 8+), teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and life transitions. I engage children with play and creavity, helping build emotional awareness and feel understood while also partnering closely with parents. I offer a warm, relational space where you can show up exactly as you are—your mess is welcome here. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, make sense of patterns that no longer serve you, and build on the strengths you already have. With my life coaching background, I bring the belief that change is possible.
My approach is down-to-earth. I include mindfulness practices and creativity like drawing, art, journaling, and nature. While grounded in evidence-based research, learning to trust your intuition has room here, too. Certified in the Enneagram, I’m also open to talking about your number.
