Hello! I’m accepting new clients, and have experience working with children (ages 8+), teens, young adults and older adults (ages 65+). I enjoy supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and life transitions. With children, I work in-person using play and creativity while also partnering closely with parents. If you’re new to therapy, know that I offer a warm, relational space where you can show up exactly as you are — sometimes just having someone in your corner can make all the difference.
My approach is down-to-earth. I like to use creativity like art, journaling, and nature - we can even sit outside or go for a walk, if weather allows. While my work is evidence-based, your intuition is welcome here, too. I'm also Certified in the Enneagram - if you know your number, send it w/ your message!
