I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and ADHD- Certified Clinical Services Provider. With a compassionate and understanding approach, I offer psychotherapy/psycho-educational therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with or without ADHD.
Using proven techniques in cognitive behavioral therapy, and The Gottman's Method for couples, we will work together to challenge unproductive thoughts, change unhealthy patterns and help manage emotional distress. We will develop a holistic approach for your overall well-being, tailored to manage/support difficulties you currently are experiencing.
