I specialize in narcissistic abuse and trauma. This includes narcissistic abuse from parents, partners, family members, in the workplace and in high conflict divorce. Whether from someone who is borderline, narcissistic, emotionally immature or self-absorbed, the impact of trauma has a profound effect. I will help you heal the confusion, self-doubt and pain these relationships cause. I believe unhealed trauma is at the root of most of our pain and suffering. Unhealed trauma is stored in the body and it will stay there unless we actively work to release it.
My primary approach to treatment is Internal Family Systems (IFS) where we explore and heal the different parts of you. I use a Polyvagal and Somatic EMDR approach to help you regulate your nervous system and move out of a state of survival and into a state of safety and calm.
This includes learning how to stop attracting narcissistic and emotionally unavailable partners.
You can heal the wounds from your past, bring clarity and peace to the present, and step into your true, authentic self.
