Now Accepting NEW Clients. I work with adult children, partners and siblings of individuals with Narcissistic and Borderline Personality Disorder traits. It can be difficult to find a therapist who truly understand the impact and wounds of being raised in a home or being in a relationship with someone who has narcissistic and borderline traits. My work includes creating a healthy psychological separation, changing the negative internal messages, learning how to respond to others, creating healthy boundaries, stopping the legacy of distorted love and becoming your true and authentic self.
I have over 20 years of clinical experience treating adolescents and adults. I offer support and hope for women as they travel through life's many transitions including: adjusting to college lie, pregnancy, motherhood, relationship challenges, anxiety, panic attacks and healing from past trauma and abuse.
Through the development of a safe and nurturing relationship, we can end self-destructive patterns, strengthen relationships and build confidence. My hope is to empower you through a supportive and validating relationship as you find the courage to create change, regulate your nervous system, establish healthy boundaries and become your true authentic self.
