I specialize in narcissistic abuse and trauma. This includes narcissistic abuse from parents, partners, family members, in the workplace and in high conflict divorce. I work with children of borderline, narcissistic, emotionally immature and self-absorbed parents. I believe unhealed trauma is at the root of most of our pain and suffering. Unhealed trauma is stored in the body and it will stay there unless we actively work to release it. I use a polyvagal and somatic approach to help you regulate your nervous system and move out of a state of survival and into a state of safety and calm.
I primarily work with individuals. However, I do work with couples whose focus is navigating difficult family systems together and some parent/child relationships.
I welcome all parts of you and your experience. You can heal the past and reclaim control of the present while creating the life you want. My hope is to empower you through a safe and supportive relationship where you are seen and heard. For you to have the courage to heal, create change, establish healthy relationships and become your true authentic self.
