I guide clients through an individualized, systemic approach to identify patterns of coping behaviors and environmental factors that either help or get in the way of healthy relationships. I work with children, couples and families to discover strategies to improve behaviors and relationships. I am trauma informed and often work with high conflict families and provide court-ordered services. I partner with families and schools regarding child behavior disturbances. I specialize in assessing for ADHD in children 7+ and executive function difficulty for children 3+. Autism traits are identified. I am a Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) certified provider. I use Dr. Stephen Porges' evidence based Polyvagal Theory which informs this non-invasive music protocol combined with individualized therapy to enhance outcomes.
